Terrible management company. Dodges calls, zero transparency (won’t even say who is on the board for the HOA), and when you do get ahold of someone they just tell you to “email Mark” who doesn’t typically respond. Our neighborhood has weeds around mailboxes and sidewalks over 5’ tall and they won’t have it taken care of. Our landscaping in the neighborhood is PATHETIC, yet they want to raise fees to pay for landscaping we don’t even get. I recommend staying away from Mark and these crooks. He’s in the pockets of the home builders in every way, and you can even find BBB complaints about embezzlement from Mark.

Live in Citation Point, recently they replaced the doors to our buildings, they look cheap and unprofessional, and they weren’t needed. The old doors actually function better. Then they give a pretty significantly sized condominium complex about 10 hours notice before re-sealing our parking lot (also not needed). And when some folks were out of town or asleep they actually had their cars towed!!! Not to mention they hired some half whitted crew to replace window trim, (about two, and most of them are still rotted). They left paint, brushes and trim board in the bushes for two years..... I’m speaking also for my neighbors experience, whom I’ve known and trusted for years. They call the HOA, they refer you to this property management group, who them turns you back to the HOA. Never can be reached to discuss anything. ZERO communication. And we pay a hefty HOA fee a month, this company does not know how, where, or when to manage anything related to our complex. ***Edit, I work in home repairs and deal with several property management companies locally in the area, I understand that a lot of these companies have a lot on there plate, however when you’ve lost the faith of 90% of a condominium complex, obviously something needs to change, and you most certainly can do better, the ones I do work for are wonderful***
