Great experience! I went in not knowing for sure what procedure would be best for the results I was wanting. Dr. Waldman explained to me what the best option was and was very thorough in explaining to me what to expect during and after surgery. The staff was just amazing! They went above and beyond! I have had 2 procedures with Dr. Stephen Schantz and both have turned out beautifully and I would do them over again. His staff was so nice and helpful. Dr. Schantz is amazing, he does everything with the best interest of his client.

I originally went into waldman shantz for cool sculpting on my waist. I always had a small waist but decided to finally target that last bit of stubborn fat. I purchased 10 applications at $795 each. The first round was 6 to be followed by 4 after swelling went down. Well, I'm a touring recording artist and we went back out on road for that whole next year. I had terrible pain and loss of all feeling (numbness) around my entire waist for 8 months. I couldn't hardly sleep or be touched. Dr. Shantz had originally seen me for liposuction and suggested first I try cool sculpting with the promise that if it didn't work, he'd suck the rest out for free. Well, my waist was now permanently 3 inches wider as a result of nerve damage to the area and scar tissue. When I arrived for that consultation, they required that I submit myself to a COVID PCR TEST although I'm perfectly healthy which I refused. I My manager and representative called them immediately and informed them that unless they provided the procedure as promised without mandating a virus check, that we would join the COOL SCULPTING CLASS ACTION SUIT which we are now in which we'll name this plastic surgery office. Do not use this practice for Cool SCULPTING. Horrible experience.
