        Spoke with Dustin Austin over the phone about the models I was interested in playing before purchase. Luckily, they had what I desired. I scheduled a good time to go into the showroom and meet with Austin. Upon arriving I was promptly greeted and Austin went above and beyond to ensure I played all the models and he even went over all the features and answered my questions without so much as a hint of annoyance. I made my decision and ordered the piano I wanted but in polished white. I have choices of piano stores in my location but I went with Willis Music because of the courtesy and patience I was shown by Mr. Austin.
