        The pick up and delivery was great however I could never access my stuff. Its been almost 2 years I cant wait to get my items back. They were good about any payment issues, but just dont expect to have access to your items if you use the storage service.

        Unloading was easy. Need to fix the gates large trucks turning into the gate has to go in the shoulder to clear the gate because it's too narrow. Then they don't tell you the exit gate goes inward. Gate almost hit my truck if I hadn't backed up.

        Use this company storage pods for my furniture. Was informed was in climate control building. When moving into new home, furniture was wet water standing in unit. Advised to file a claim due to my damage. 5 months in havent heard a reply to my claim. Will not recommend or use this company again.

        these guys charging $350 a deposit cleaning fee for the removal of lean pods units not storage units witch are bigger they charge $75-100 cleaning on auction blocks, who does that "nobody"!
