Just left the Fayette Mall location. January 25, 2020. I wish I had caught the name of the initial gentleman helping me because he was incredibly polite and helpful. However, it was clear that he needed some assistance with my questions. I overheard him relay my inquiry to the younger guy who appeared to be in charge. He was anything but helpful. Rude to his colleague. This is behavior I do not care to tolerate. As he leaned back on the counter and looked at me, I knew this was the last time I would darken the doorway of Jos. A Bank. I had purchased a small item (collar stays I actually needed) as a courtesy transaction due to the hassle I was causing. Left them on the counter after paying. I wear a Harley Davidson hat and Vans on the weekends, but I wear suits daily during the week and have made several purchases at the location in Hamburg without incident. I will not be back.

Went in this store with my fiancé to get more information on tuxedoes/suites for our wedding. We were greeted and helped by the store manager Christian. This guy was freaking awesome. Such a polite dude, answered all of our questions, and was very personable. Would highly recommend this location, and ask for Christian if you can.
