They dont tell you the equipment is rented and dont take responsibility for their actions. Seems like a money grab.

Will deliver oxygen one time every 3 months, this is not convenient for the customers.

i called to order oxygen supplies and was told they were currently out of oxygen, i told the "person" i spoke with that i needed a 24 hour notice as to when it would be delivered as i am disabled and my boyfriend would have to bring the empty tanks out of the room where we store them before he goes to work, the delivery driver called me the next morning saying he was on his way, well the tanks hadnt been brought out of the room as i didnt receive the 24 hour notice, so i couldnt get my oxygen, also told them when they did deliver it had to be before noon as i leave at 12pm, the next day they were suppose to bring it before noon, at 12:15 it had not been delivered, i called several times with no answer, finally she answered, i ask about my oxygen, she told me she was on her lunch break, i ask to speak to someone in charge, she said she was in charge, i ask her if her lunch was more important then a person's health, i now have to do without oxygen until who knows when. do not recommend this place.

TERRIBLE customer service. Unfriendly employees. Will not deliver oxygen but every 90 days. Would never use them again.
