Stay away! Scammy practice! we transferred our screening procedure from somewhere else because they said Anesthesia wouldn't be covered. Dr. Holt's office assured us it is covered, we called multiple times, we confirmed it with our primary care, we even confirmed it the day of the procedure and constantly mentioned that if it isn't fully covered we won't be doing the procedure. They always confirmed all is covered including anesthesia. The insurance did cover and pay the anesthesia but like always it was a discounted rate, that's how insurance works, the anesthesia came after us for ~$400 worth of difference and they're threatening sending us to collections despite our insurance saying they took care of it and we should only owe $10!! This is clear theft in broad daylight. The doctor herself was nice but based on other review too apparently this is their business model. STAY AWAY
