You know since it's "2017" then I will turn to the internet to voice my concerns. I spoke to Charlie who frankly, was just plain rude. Hey I get it, you don't want to work for free... but let me explain to you something, showing compassion... kindness ... and courtesy will always make you more money in the long run. It's called being selflessly selfish. You sir, are just well... selfish. I flat out told you, I have never had to buy my own insurance policy before, so I was not up to speed on things and asked you to clarify if in fact PPOs are no longer offered and if the plans I saw on the marketplace were the only plans offered. Your response? I am sure you will recall... "It's 2017..." and nothing you said after that mattered. Because, no s*** it's 2017; I don't desire to do any business with someone who would dare talk down to me the way you did. I still had questions ...but you said, I can't help ya - I don't get paid to help those with "life changing events" get back with me during open enrollment if you want my help. What later was discovered was you could charge me a consultation fee, but you said but I assumed you probably care about every penny... hmm is that because I am a single mom? Your ignorance sir just cost you money. I would have gladly paid you $100 to assist me with my many questions, because I am not some "poor single mom" on welfare. Even if I was, I still would not have deserved your misogynistic treatment. So it's 2017, sir, stop being the prick you are.
