Nationwide Insurance: Thomas L Crumrine

Would not recommend. The lady I worked with years ago, to start insuring with them, was great, and very helpful. Since then, in the past five years, they have done absolutely nothing to ensure that I was getting a good rate; they don't know who I am, and have no motivation in the least to keep a customer. Only after I threatened to leave did he say that he would look up more competitive quotes for me, and set up a phone meeting time to talk them over, neither of which happened. Get your insurance elsewhere; I am.

I wish you could give negative stars. They are not out to help you. They are far from being on your side. Every time you go to renew your policy it goes up with some BS story about the state you live in went up on its fees. And Frank who is one of their agents is rude and will not help you. They will give you a hard time when you request to change to a different Nationwide rep. Would not refer them to my worse enemy.
