Comfort Keepers Home Care

My 87yo mother with ALZ lives with us, and Comfort Keepers has been very helpful in providing respite care for me. We were matched with a wonderful caregiver and have been satisfied with everything so far.

I used Comfort Keepers for about three weeks after I had some medical issues. Holly was great! Very friendly and efficient; followed directions well. Holly did light housekeeping and some shopping for me, completing the tasks capably. she arrived on time and got right to work. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers! I'll be using them again if the need arises!

My Mother is a stroke/dementia patient, and Comfort Keepers has been sitting with her for 3+ years. Prior to care for my Mom, they also cared for my Dad. The service they provide is invaluable and such a help. The caregivers we have truly care about me and Mom and often change their personal schedules to accommodate us. Yvonne, Toni, and Ashley are my all-star team. The office staff Rhonda, Tanya and Jaymi have also been a huge blessing to us. I would recommend the service to anyone.

Comfort Keepers was a terrible place to be employed!!! They treat there staff awful, they are all about the money not the clients I know so many clients that they would stop service on at last minute. No notice poor clients and the families are the ones who suffered.. I have been doing this kind of care for 30 years and I was heart broken over some of the policies.. I now work for another home health company, family owned and what a difference.. my job has always been doing plan of care , assessments. My heart is into helping the elderly home , save with love , compassion, it will always be my first priority.. I am so glad they let me go they work you like a dog and no appreciation of your heart.. all my clients loved me they knew I truly cared .. I have waited to share my experience I didnt want to be unkind but now I feel if I dont share I am not helping the elderly.. so that is why I MUST share my story.. please check out all options before moving forward in trusting care for your loved one !!!!
