I had a really great experience at my Smile Shop appointment. Sam and Becca were my smile guides, and they both did a really good job of making sure I was comfortable as well answering any questions I had. The scan itself was quick and painless, and I really liked being able to see my scan on the screen as it was happening. I feel like with any kind of dental work it’s easy to be anxious, but this process is so easy and the staff was so welcoming that there’s truly nothing to worry about. I will definitely be recommending this Smile Shop to my friends!

The best customer service I’ve ever received for something like this!! I Wanted to come in instead of doing the impressions through the mail and they answered all my questions and made it super easy. Couldn’t have been better 😁

Great location, easy to find, and loads of free parking! Andi and Lex were excellent and very professional. Andi made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. She answered all my questions, and gave me the reassurance I needed to make my decision. I’m excited to start my Smile Journey with the Smile Direct Club! I highly recommend this office!

This place and this company was amazing! I have not received my kit yet, but I truly think this is going to be the best decision I’ve made in a while! The initial visits was so easy and Becca was so thorough, friendly, and Professional! I was amazed at the latest technology they use! It didn’t take 30 minutes to get everything done and I received a discount I didn’t even plan on and a bunch of freebies to whiten my teeth too! The entire experience so far has been A+! I will be sending my friend and family and anyone else that needs cosmetic dental work!
