      image Nothing to write home about. I was charged twice for just changing the appointment time...
      My wife was in the hospital nothing I could do about that .. no consideration at all for that.

      Rickey, we have no problem understanding circumstances when they are presented to us directly. But we can only know that if you call us to reschedule. Please bring in a statement showing us double charges and we will make it right. We don’t charge for no shows as long as you call same day, not sure why this happened to you.
