Be forewarned if youre someone who has to manage your expenses closely; the cost may be significantly higher than youre expecting and you wont see it coming. I took my son for a kids cut that is advertised as $15-$20. I was charged *double*, $40, after his hair was cut. When I showed the stylist the price listed online because I was confused, she said they all charge different prices and they needed to update that. Yeah no kidding? This seems like false advertising, why list a price range that doesnt include the highest range of cost? The stylists may charge differently due to skill level but I expected the range of that cost to be $15-$20. I was very shocked to end up paying $40, but what could I do. It just doesnt seem honest. Jordan Bohanan well exceeded my expectations! I asked for a haircut that was pretty radically different than what I usually get and Jordan accepted the challenge. She knocked it out of the park. I recommend Fleet Street for a men's haircut any day.

Ive had the best of hair stylists and the worst of hair stylists at this salon. For years I went to Sarin, who was the absolute best. She was friendly and sincere and caring. She listened carefully to what I wanted, discussed options with me, and clearly explained everything she intended to do. She took her time and was precise and thorough. I have an undercut and it was always perfect. She washed my hair and sectioned it and triple checked so everything was even. Her cuts always looked great even after washing at home. But sadly, Sarin left and I was recommended to Jordan. However, at the last minute, Jordan canceled and I was pawned off on Jessica. I badly needed a haircut and I could not reschedule in time for an event and an overseas trip, so I went along with it. It was the worst hair experience of my life, and Ive had decades of hair experiences. Some highlights: she did not take care to keep the little hairs from buzzing the undercut from falling down my shirt, so I was terribly itchy for the rest of the day. When I pointed out that the undercut was uneven, she argued that it was just the color but when I showed her the different lengths, she went in with the scissor, which made it worse. She didnt wash or section the hair, just started cutting on one side and worked her way to the other. I was the only customer in the salon and when I expressed concern about it being uneven and nothing like the pictures I had shown her of what I wanted, she and the other 2 stylists in the salon all started arguing with me. One of them was particularly aggro and belligerent toward me. I was left with a patchy undercut and the rest of my hair looking much worse than when I arrived. In many places, hair on one side was longer than in the same place on the other side. I was not charged, but that that does not make up for feeling gaslighted and for having had to cancel going to my event and try to find a good stylist to salvage the mess in time for my trip.
