Small but packed AUTHENTIC Japanese store. They carry all manner of Japanese food items as well as non-food stuffs such as cosmetics, videos, and household items. They also have some fresh items such as produce and bakery breads/buns. Japanese snacks are plentiful as are frozen foods and even frozen (& some fresh) meats/seafood.Hibari even has small toys, Japanese brand cigarettes, gum & candy. Asian short grain rice is available in 5 lb, 10 lb & 25 lb bags from a number of top brands--all the newest crop. Mixes, baking supplies, all kinds of miso and tofu are available. For a small shop, it carries everything one needs in a clean and friendly store.

I love Hibari Market! Noodles, snacks, drinks, gyoza, meat, sauces, everything! It's my favorite place to shop, but I'm a little sad they close at 7pm as I can hardly ever make it there. On Saturdays they make onigiri! Very friendly, best little store in town.
