The overall experience was a little crazy. My biggest issue is the fact that they are using wifi for their phone service so I had issues talking to them on the phone because of the shotty service they receive and this also made their computers very slow. My advice is write down the name of employee you speak to because they have not all been given the same amount of training and stories change. You should only be charged for the days you rent the cart regardless of the reservation. I was told by one employee that the carts are prorated so bringing the cart back a day early wouldn’t be an issue because rain and bad weather cut our trip short. But another employee tried to tell me that I would have to pay for the whole week. It caused unnecessary drama and after getting the manager involved we only payed the two days we could use it. Just take names and get things in writing.

This so called company holds the contract for the Kentucky Horse Park, yet does not provide enough golf carts for the two events being held here. Their website states that they will bring in additional golf carts for events, yet they haven’t. A lot full of golf carts but yet none available. Not to mention their ridiculously high rental prices! Would never recommend due to their lack of customer service and their price gouging
