        My daughter had to go here for a pre-op covid test. Upon arrival I did not know where to go in the building. There were no signs directing me. I walked into a suite on the first floor and the woman directed me to the third floor. I looked for the third floor but could not find one, as it is only a two-story building. I did find a pediatrics care on the second floor though and the receptionist there, who was very friendly and helpful, told us we were in the right place. However the nurse that did the actual test was not so kind. My daughter is on the spectrum and had anxiety about the test. When my daughter started to pull away the nurse grabbed her by the jaw and forced the swab in her throat causing it to be extra rough and painful. This led to my daughter starting to cry. The nurse made an audible moan to show her annoyance at the crying. I wonder why this nurse is working in pediatrics at all.
