Twice now they have sent me the wrong tube, despite me telling them on the phone specifically what type I needed. I will be switching to a different company.

One of the worst healthcare supply companies I have ever dealt with. Having done business with them for 5 years I have nothing good to say about them. They don't call you when you are due for CPAP supplies, they don't return phone calls and worst of all their customer service is horrible. When the president of the company commits to something and renegs that is a good example of how unreliable they are. When a respiratory therapist commits to send your Dr. information regarding the suitability of a CPAP mask and doesn't follow through or return my calls that's strike 2. Then they supply me with a CPAP machine but no mask indicating that Medicare won't pay for a mask until October, 2 months after I received the machine rendering it useless, strike 3. So now I am forced to use defective worn out equipment or pay for a mask out of pocket. Just read the other reviews here and you will get a good idea of what its like to deal with Bluegrass Oxygen. Its buyer beware at the highest level!
