Valvoline World Headquarters

Quite literally the most shady company I've ever come in contact with. Still fighting with them over a month later for them messing my car up. Putting mine and my children's lives in danger and they refuse to take responsibility for their actions. I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy. If you want your car messed up I guarantee you they will do an amazing job at doing a less than mediocre job then do what they did to me and cover up what they did and refuse to take ownership so now I'm fighting to get my money back from them. Use this company at your own peril. Do not trust the regional manager Chase nor should you go to the store on Palomar in Lexington. The manager will lie to you and not take ownership for her workers giving me their word they would take care of this issue. Good luck.

I went to valvoline to get an oil change on Jan 16th went back on March 1st for another one on March 17th I noticed my car's transmission was not changing gears went back to another Valvoline and had them check my transmission fluid it was bone dry. VALVOLINE YOU SUCK. DISAPPOINTED

There was a sign right outside of valvoline on E.broad st in Columbus Ohio. The sign says you can get a free car wash with your receipt on Valvoline and a an oil change. Valvoline did not reimburse me with my car wash receipt because I got the oil change change first; the sign doesnt clearly specify that you HAVE to get it down first! Either way, the worker just walked away and hunched his shoulders! I literally got both services done, one right after the other! Dont fall for this false advertisement!

My daughter took her car in this past Monday, Dec. 4th for the first time at location in southern Indiana. Simple oil change..... The filter was put back on incorrectly so ALL of the oil leaked out onto her driveway and the underneath of the car! Had the car towed into a regular mechanics shop for repair. We are now waiting for claims to be filed and reimbursement of all money spent and hopefully some type of warranty for the motor! NEVER AGAIN!!
