We had a big work event and Bayou Bluegrass was wonderful to work with. Responsive to all questions and needs and willing to improvise things on the fly to make sure everything kept running smoothly. And all the food was spectacular!

Great food, extremely professional, friendly staff, and most of all, flexible! We had our wedding caterer cancel one week prior to the wedding and Bayou Bluegrass saved the day. They answered all our questions, drafted a contract and menu, and ironed out all the details within 3 days of our first call. They were even able to work with two major allergies we had! We received so many complements on how great the food was! Shanna checked in multiple times throughout the night to ensure we didn't need anything. On top of all that, they cleaned everything up and packaged all the leftover food for our family to take home AND had two full meals packaged up for us to take to the hotel after a busy night. We could not recommend them enough. They made the most stressful part of our wedding so enjoyable!

I have used Bayou Bluegrass Catering for a variety of events from private parties to tailgating events. They always provide exceptional food along with the best customer service. Their staff is always friendly and accommodating. I would recommend using them for any catering need.
