Trish is one of the worst customer service representatives I've ever spoken to. Extremely rude, interrupted and continued to talk over me, and sounded like she was whining at some points. Once we finally came to an agreement, I walked inside the building and every single employee had a frown on their face. Horrible place, horrible service and I will never go back there even if they were the last place on earth.

Had a horrible experience with the place they picked up our family truck at like 3 am on a Saturday morning and we was going to pick up the truck Monday morning and by the time we got through to them it had already been sent through the auction we never had a chance to get our truck back the bank wasn't even open until that Monday morning my husband talked to a lady named Trish on the phone who was very unprofessional and just plain rude I would not use or wreackameane this place or people to anyone I realize that yes they have a job to do and that yes our payments should have been made on time but sometimes life deals us a rough hand and people need a break you just don't know everyone story until they have told you their side and I know it's not my place to judge anyone and maybe it's a sin to get on here and say what I did but I also know the truth will stand when the world is on fire
