I brought in a small mower tire on the off chance they could fix it. The gentleman at the front desk (Bob, I think his name is) took it back immediately, re-seated the bead, checked for leaks, and added sealer where it was needed. I was back in the car headed home within 5 min.
I'll definitely be back for service like that.

They gave me an estimate that was more than I could afford but they didnt charge me a dime. Brandon at store 1163 explained that they have a free inspection on brakes which requires quite a bit of disassembly but yet no charge. It took 45 minutes of their time but it was all free of charge. Will definitely return when I have more vehicle needs

Went in to get a straight pipe and dual exhaust. Set an appointment and waited days just to be in and out in 5 minutes. Was told to spend $300 on my own parts so they could work with the car better. I came in to get the work done at 10am friday and was told to come back at 2 because they couldnt get all the parts they needed and it was an issue since i had to work and now had no way of getting there and home. I left it tho and dropped it off at 1:30 and went home. Was ready to come pick it up Saturday morning. I called asking if it was ready just for them to NOW tell me it wasn't even god damn started. I was told that the labor charge would be 3 hours but was also told that there would be another labor charge which is for the pipe bending, and that overall would cost $1600 which is $1200 more than what i paid last time for the same thing done to a single pipe. This is what they told me last. I went through all that wasted time, all that wasted money, at this point i shouldnt have to pay a dime for the work. Worst service of all time. Dominick is the name of the main guy there. They couldnt call me 1 time saying there was some sort of issue, and made me wait and cause a bad inconvenience. That guy didnt even look like he cared
