Horrible service. Didn't get what we asked for. Waited for 2ish hours cause food got dropped. Rest of the food that came was cold and not cooked properly. Waitress said she'd give us a discount cause of the long wait cause one meal got dropped. She didn't then we watched her stand around and talk instead of doing anything we asked and kept forgetting what we asked.

Food is expensive and tasteless, waiter/waitress was un-attentive, and the final straw was the roach crawling up the wall of my booth.

Restaurant looked great! Too bad the T-bone steak wanted me dead.
Walked in and was seated immediately at the bar. For some reason the blonde female bartender was not happy to see me. She was prompt but just... Hard to explain. Anyway ordered the T-bone with sides of mushrooms and mashed potato. Got my food food quick. Munched the mushrooms and potatoes, they were great. The steak, not so much. Tougher than a rodeo clown. I thought it was my knife at first because it kept trying to slide off the plate. I ate a few bites, maybe 10%, and decided this was a better meal for Buster. Plus by this time I was...my stomach was finished. Thank God I didn't press on.
Later that night I began to feel stomach pains which I thought were from the my stomach trying to digest the leathery material only to wake up running to the toilet for which can only be described as explosive vomitation. I did that twice that night. Woke up in the morning feeling hung over, sipped some coffee and vomited again. Later tried tea, vomited again. After that I stuck with just water which I was able to keep down and did not dare try to eat as the burning pain sent a clear message. The next day I was able to handle a few saltine crackers and water. Only now the pain had gone lower into my bowels and was wreaking havoc. After a day of dispelling the evil T-bone out the back exit I was able to handle coffee again.
Now, I was told by multiple people the food is good, and they never had a problem. Maybe I just got the unlucky plate. I don't know. I do know I have some sorta gut PTSD as when I even think of that evil steak I feel nausea and pain.
On a good note, Buster loved his 90% of a $30 T-bone.

One of the best places someone can eat but an even better place to work. Amazing general manager and owners with ethics. 2 things that are hard to find these days. You have a choice where you spend your money and this is a place you can stop in and know it's going to owners who treat there employees with respect.
