        Our trash man repeatedly cuts the snaps and ropes off of our trash cans instead of just unsnapping them. They are just simple d ring snaps and hold the lids closed because we are having issues with bears. I've asked him not to but he still almost every week does. He's left full trash bags laying on the ground and I've had to pick up all the trash after dogs rip them apart. And today my wife passed him on our road and he mad rude sexual faces and gestures at her with my son in the car
