I had a great experience with Tim from King Home Inspections. He was very responsive and was willing to work around my hectic schedule to accommodate me. He done a very thorough inspection and was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and I felt like I got more than my money's worth at the best prices around. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Also the report I received was very well put together and easy to understand. My mind is at ease now making such a large purchase.

He was super amazing , he caMe early and did a extremely thorough job. It was hard at first when shopping for a home inspector for the first time he responded quickly his price is extremely reasonable comparison to anyone else he went above and beyond I would recommend him top 10 above anyone else. And on the walk-through he explained everything he found things that I didn’t even know existed. Had issues with a seller backing out, he dropped the charge. They did a second home for us and did a very detailed inspection. Thanks for everything we appreciate how easy and stress free you made this for us. Highly recommend!
