        I've been a customer for two years and only had positive experiences. The routine deliveries are helpful, but what I really appreciated this week is the same day service to refill our tank when we found we were out over a month earlier than last year. Called first thing in the morning, and the driver came same day, so the house and running water are both warm again. Much appreciated this winter!

        I understand that things happen, but these people have treated my family like trash. During Covid 2020 they came to my house while my wife and kids were home alone pounding on both doors of my house simultaneously. During the height of the pandemic and going into a snowy weekend they cut off my heat. They never sent a bill, and it had not even been 2 weeks since delivery. I was working out of town and had never not paid! I was waiting on the bill! All of this from start to finish less than 2 weeks time without a single piece of mail or phone call. I had a newborn in the house. If I could use another company I would. They are the ridiculous.
