I first contacted Mark about replacing our garage door on a Saturday, the door was damaged and would not close properly. Mark offered to come out on a Saturday evening and secure our garage door, luckily my husband was able to get it secured so we did not need him to! He came out first thing Monday morning and gave us a quote which was lower than the quotes we were getting from big box stores. Mark put our order in the following day and we kept in contact while waiting for the door to come in! We were given Marks personal cell number and I was able to go directly to him with any questions we had, there was absolutely no run around. On installation day the installer was right on time and was incredibly efficient. He secured our old opener and now it works even better then it did when it was first installed! I cannot recommend this company enough!!!
