        Cathy uses the best florals as she creatively puts together each arrangement. While I live in Indiana, I feel assured she will deliver a beautiful arrangement with quality products and on time to my friend who lives in Kentucky.

        Ordered a boutonniere for my daughter's boyfriend for homecoming 3 days prior to their homecoming and when I went and picked it up the day of their homecoming, the boutonniere look like something you would wear to a funeral and not a homecoming. It was very very plain and I was charged $10 for it. And the roses weren't even fully bloomed like they should have been. Very disappointed and would not recommend this place for anyone.

        Terrible service and very, very unprofessional. Requested a refund and when refund was issued Kathy called the recipient to request the sender to recall the refund. Never again will I do business with someone so unprofessional and disrespectful.

      Ashley, we are very sorry that you we not satisfied with your order.However we called you, not long after you put this review on Google. Which was a very short time after you picked up the boutonniere. We offered to replaced or adjusted the ribbon color or whatever you wanted, you just needed to call or ask us when you picked it up.As we tried explained that we would like to help in some way you hang up on us. Furthermore we are not sure who ordered the boutonniere but the person who ordered it only wanted black & white, so that is what our designers put together. White roses on black leavesOur designers made nearly 60 Corsages and 30 boutonnieres with no other complaints. As for the roses not being fully open we try to find the best for the bout. If we us fully bloomed open flowers they could have been falling apart during the dance.A final not if you would like to bring back the boutonniere we would be glad to refund you money.

      HeatherWe are confused, we don't show you as customer in our system.Also we never call the recipient to discuss another person's order.We have not had to do refunds for any of out customers this year.We try very hard to do the best job for every customer. Could you please contsct us and help us understand the situation better.We would appreciate it.
