Do not work here mechanics beware!!!!
I am a certified electro mechanical technician
I worked here for just over a year and it started off great until the supervisor retired about 6 months later then I quickly found out everything that was discussed in the interview would never come true! I was promised high pay and leadership but had to prove myself upon completion of that task it was determined that I would have to work their for years doin the job duties without the pay or title just because thats what the bosses had to do mind you they all came from regular dock workers or machine operators no formal training no formal education in mechanics or business. everything your ever told is goin to be them telling you what you want to hear and nothing is honored this place has the highest turn over rate Ive ever seen the rely on addicts and felons its constantly dangerous. your expected to buy your own tools and cant get them replaced when they break, you have to get perfect attendance just to maybe get a 2.5% raise if your lucky they offer over achieved but no body gets it unless your their whipping boy that tells on everyone about everything I had perfect attendance until I had to leave a few hours early 1 time because my 1 year old son health condition. The list goes on. Its just not worth the stress!

I've been here for over a year now after accepting what I thought was going to be a better Career unfortunately I was wrong, and it was the worst mistake I could have done. quitting my job of 13 years to come to this company the original manager told me what i wanted to hear and made a lot of false promises to get me in the door and retired 7 months later. I have never been lied to used talked down to and treated like I'm nothing before in my entire life I was promised a leadership role for 6 months just to be told that I needed to work here and do the job duties for 2 or more years before getting the pay or title. I'm on the perfect attendance list and the manager tries to find every way possible to knock me off of it. you are expected to furnish your own tools out of your pocket and when they break, they don't want to replace them your expected to buy more from your pocket to fix their machines. the raises are very bad you have to have perfect attendance just to get maybe .50 cents that's if the acting manager doesn't find some reason to give you a neg review. the health insurance is even worse. most of the managers have no formal training or education in the specific area they manage so trying to explain to them what really needs to happen is the equivalent of trying to explain business and mechanics to a 7 year old their way or no way but when their way fails it's your fault.
they can't keep good workers at all when they do get good worker, they lie to them and use them until they quit like now in the next few weeks, they have angered the mechanical side so badly that they won't have a maintenance dept whatsoever!

Shannon is the best costumer service that I spoke with in Cengage , she is really patient, respectful,she has all skills as a costumer service. Wonderful, I really appreciate her
