John Kranz responded promptly to an after hours call about a faulty water heater and was able to come out the very next morning. He was on time, professional and found that the issue was not the water heater but the electric current going to/from the heater. He helped me find a trustworthy electrician and even followed up the next day to make sure all was well after the electricians visit- now that is customer service. Kranz was amazing! I had a water heater emergency and they were kind and courteous, and got my installation done quickly. I was glad to have connected with them and I will be using them in the future should I need plumbing work.

Very professional , I called about a leak from my shower. They arrived fixed the issue by replacing the valve in the shower and the pipe in the basement. Showed me everything and explained it. If I need a plumber again they will be the one I call first
