    No one who answers the phone can resolve/answer a complaint/question; it has to be passed off to some one else. They do NOT call me back. I ordered a remote in December; didn't get until April. No back orders or shipping delays, just no communication. I called them or went in several times.

    Absolutely terrible company. The guy Ronnie who originally came to look at my mother in laws broken chair was hostile and rude. We calmly asked why we didn't get a notification that he was coming and he started raising his voice loudly getting very confrontational. We had to wait months for any callbacks and updates and everyone there is rude especially Dana.

    If I could give this place a 0 I would. Started the process to get my chair with them in November. They never called me, I always had to call them. Every time they gave me the same song and dance. , "oh lost in the shuffle" do not use them. For a place that sells chairs they do not care about people at all!

    Waited two months after talking to Dave ,finally I called him to find the status of my chair. I was very upset to find out that they had received nothing from my doctor. I had been evulated by my doctor but Pennyrile Home Medical never notified me about this. I will go somewhere else this company dropped the ball.

    Absolutely horrible customer service!!!! I finally got my mom's lift chair serviced today 5/2 after several weeks contacting them. They came out last week to look at it and charged $75 flat fee (later told that includes travel). Ronny kept saying there was nothing wrong with the chair, when we told him it didn't lay back all the way he proceeded to slam and rock his full body weight against the back of the chair as it was reclined. I was afraid it was going to snap off. He told us the motor was probably worn out do to her body weight (kept saying "not trying to be rude"). We told him the chair holds 550lbs he had to go outside and call the owner which told him it holds 350. We fought back and forth saying there is no way we would have bought under a 500lb limit (they last longer) Ronny looked back under the chair and found a label that said 550lb limit.(because pennyrile doesn't keep sales records according to what Dave the owner said) They finally decided to order new moters (it's covered under the warranty, labor is extra) We were then told the fee was going to be 131.25 (75/hour and the rest travel) We had Ronny and Mike come replace the motors and were told by ronny"Diana said we need the check before we start the work"WHAT??? Who does that???? My mom immediately called and spoke to Diana and she said "oh no of course you can pay at the end" we asked why the $75 didn't include travel like last time, she said Dave would call us back. We waited an hour, still no call back. We called back and Diana said "sorry we didn't call you back on your timeframe but you have to pay the full amount on the invoice or we will take the parts back off and be done with you and never come back. This place is horrible about calling back and being kind to people. We were just trying to clarify why it was so much more expensive than last time and Diana was threatening us. Which we have a recording of. Ronny also said at the end of the appointment that he hopes replacement of the motors works, we said " you know what your doing", he said " no we don't know what we are doing it's all trial and error. Also my next call should be to the IRS because who doesn't keep sales recorded at all????? Very scetchy!!!
