Tony is the best maintenance man Ive had at any apartment complex that Ive ever lived in. Were going on three years living here and he has always taken care of any issue that has came up in a time efficient and friendly way. Hes the icing on the cake of saddlebrook, Id give him 10 stars if I could!

Been here for almost 4 years and we enjoy it. Our maintenance man is always very quick with fixing anything we need looked at and is friendly and helpful with many things outside of our home as well! Our AC went out in mid summer one year and they had someone out to fix it an hour later. Weve had appliances like the dishwasher and fridge replaced very quickly when we had issues with those items. As long as you end up with good neighbors around you its a great place and feasible place to live! My only complaint is that out of the 4 years weve been here the pool was only open for about 2 months in 2021 or 2022. Hoping we have access to our pool this year.

Been here for three months and I absolutely love it. As a mother of two now t's peaceful here and quiet( besides your normal apartment noise) the staff are very friendly and help out in any way. The landscaping and upkeep of the property is beautiful. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a place to stay, to try here. Also they provide plenty of storage space and amenities here.

The landscape is nice. People for the most part are friendly we have only had one Maintance person who thought my husband was intimidating because he was standing in the hallway talking to him while the dude was working. They have hud inspections what feels like every month which means they may have to enter your apartment not a huge deal in itself if it wasnt so frequent and we didnt have to lock up our animals while we are at work. Before the complex gets on here and says its not every month. We got a notice that they may have to be in our apartment from 7/15 to 7/24 and then we just got two notices that say in order to prepare for hud. They may have to enter from 7/31 to 8/15 and that the HUD reps could have to enter from 8/14 to 8/15.: I feel like they are in the apartment more then we are. We also get notices about they have to come in every 3 months for furnace check and smoke detector checks. I have yet to see the pool open and have talked to past residents who say that pool never opened in the 2 years they were here. They do a fantastic job of up keeping the outside like Ive seen the leasing agent herself getting down and dirty painting the things needing painted and taking notes on what needs completed. As a whole its a great place but you dont really feel comfortable when they are in your house or space more then you are. The dryers in the laundry room dont dry on the first go round. But I think they are contracted out so I cant blame pedcor/saddlebrook for that. Update: 8/8/23 Another note left on the door they consider an empty gas can on the porch a violation of lease . We have since removed it. Pool still not open. Had a Maintance request for carpet. It was resolved quickly.
