Becky went above and beyond to look at our existing policies, listen to concerns I had about adequate coverage and not only find us better coverage but at a better rate! She made the entire process easy, and took time to sit and explain things about my policies I hadn’t ever understood. I’m now completely confident that I have the coverage I need at a great price and I know if we ever need to file a claim I have an actual PERSON I can call to get the help and information I need. Wow! I’m impressed. Please allow me to explain. I had met Chase years ago and had insurance thru the agency that he was with at that time. Chase always provided me great service and was always willing to take the time to answer any questions I had. When Chase left that agency, even though my insurance remained there that good working relationship just wasn’t there any more. Recently, I had the opportunity to link up with Chase again. Chase took the time to review each of my policies and he shopped across multiple insurers to find me the best coverage at the best price. That’s where the Wow! I’m impressed comes in. With each policy, Chase was able to find me better coverage at less cost. Not only did he save me $2500.00 per year but, I feel that I have an agent that is concerned about me and my needs.
