We've decided to redo our kitchen and when we removed our plaster, we were not very happy with what we found.
Graber was supposed to drill holes through our brick and inject foam insulation between the studs. As you see from one of the pictures, they did an alright job on the one side but didn't do above the window. On the other wall, you may be able to see where they drilled through but completely forgot to inject the insulation. We weren't too happy with them while they were there, due to the trash they left behind (cigarette butts and stir straws) and when they finished up, the house looked like it had polka dots from half a block away. It took them several trips out to correct that issue but they finally got it looking okay. Another insulation job they had while they were there, they were supposed to spray our band-boards in the basement to help insulate there was well. They definitely insulated the band-boards, but they applied too much and it expanded out to cover the walls as well.
I'm truly disappointed with the quality of work that I received and will never recommend this company to anyone.
