I’ve never left a review for any business, however, today marks many “firsts” for me. I made an appointment 2 1/2 weeks ago, took of a half a days work, and drove around 45 miles to attend my appointment 20 minutes early. I was informed at the front desk that they’re having issues with my insurance and would not be able to see me. You’d think that any reputable business would inform their patients ahead of time prior to them taking off of work, traveling, etc. just to be informed that they cannot be seen. The insurance lady was also extremely rude and unprofessional. She actually even spit part of her lunch out as she was speaking to me with a mouthful. Horrible experience - disgusting customer service. I hope this deters any new potential patients.
