Last fall, I purchased several new phones from this dealer, as well as a screen protector for my older phone. They didn't have my screen protector in stock, but they said they would order it, and I would get it mailed to the house in a few weeks. They further told me that "at my convenience" I could bring it in, and they would put it on for me. Well I didn't get around to making it in there right away, and when I did, I found out that the screen protector that I bought and paid for, didn't fit. I have the receipt and everything that shows what model of phone it was for, which was correct. They first tried to blame it on me, saying, because I bought a few phones of a different model, that is why they sent the wrong size screen protector. But my receipt says iphone 11 (the correct model). It was pretty clear that the error was not my fault. Then they said I can't "return it" because it was outside the 30 day window for returns. I was never told that if they send me the wrong product, and I don't catch it right away, they have no responsibility to make it right. I probably did not even receive the package much before the secret 30 day window. They offered me a "discount" to buy another one. So, forget the one you already paid for, that we didn't give you the right one, you can pay again, and we will fill a new order. What a deal! We give you the wrong product, don't take responsibility for it. and you can try to buy it from us again! Wow, where do I sign.

Had to wait 3 hours to get a Sim card and have it activated. The merge from bluegrass mobile to Verizon didn't go as planned. Couldn't receive my phone calls for 18 days. Needed phone for doctors and nurses to call. Didn't get any credit for loss of phone usage

They need more help it’s rather ridiculous that you can’t get a hold of anyone on a phone. I get that they are busy but they are drowning in there and need some help and the mailbox is full you can’t even leave a voicemail if you wanted and if you go in plan on being there for a couple hours waiting. Again not judging the people in there but they definitely need help.
