I went in to get a DOT physical on 10-3-20 & the clinic is no longer inside Walmart. Completely gone.

I’ve used this clinic several times, and it’s great! Very short wait - or no wait at all. The nurse practitioner is awesome. Friendly service. If you are sick and need good care quickly, I recommend going here.

I took my son to get a sports physical the posted price was 35. I payed the amount and walked away thinking that had covered the cost in full since that's what I was told the cost would be. No one mentioned to me that there's a so called "physican"charge thats not included in the posted price. I was shocked to get a bill from them for an additional $36.75. I ended paying 70 in total which i feel is a bit excessive for a standard sports physical. This is the second time TJ sampson does this hidden physician charge fee. I will never go to anything associated with TJ ever again because they have hidden fee's they don't tell you about.

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time here. Rude staff, that doesn't know their butt from a hole in the ground. I have been there in past, never thought it was amazing but still better than nothing. I can assure you that after today's experience I will not go back ever!
