Harpers Heating and cooling came out and replaced our HVAC unit when our old went down on us . The New American Standard Unit was reasonably priced and they were very professional with the installation and just in their appearance and demeanor as well. Something thats very important to me when Im conducting business with anyone. I was pleased to say the least and I do recommend them for any of your heating and cooling needs.

Harpers HVAC installed our system on our new build and have had excellent customer service any time I have called. They were very quick to come check for damage to our unit when a neighbors tree fell damaging the outer shell of our unit only.
They were also very responsive to my call when our laundry room flooded and water filled the floor vent duct. The wonderful receptionist talked me thru what I needed to do to correct the issue over the phone and has always been extremely polite! My husband and I would highly recommend them!

My AC decided to start freezing up and flooding on me right before this heat wave we're having I called and wasn't able to get an apt for 2 days but they called me back and were able to come out same day! I was thrilled that they were able to come out so fast! When they came out turns out it was a couple simple things so they only charged for the service fee! This is the 3rd time I've had to have a company come out to work on our ac and this is by far the best company I have encountered. They were very professional explained everything they were doing and what the issue was saving us from future complications. I could not recommend them enough! I will definitely be calling only them from now on with any issues I might have and I will recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you so much for doing an awesome job Service: A/C system repair
