Im not local but I reached out to Jeffs for a gift I was trying to replace for my mom, they were the only ones who had it. Pam went above and beyond to get it for me and ship to my home out of state. Excellent service, hope to do business with them again, thank you so much!

I did not receive a $100+ wind chime that was ordered from here over Christmas weekend, then they told me they couldnt get it to me because I live out of town! Worst customer service Ive ever experienced and the lady was extremely rude! Do not order from here!
