I love our bank and bankers. They have been so nice and caring. I can call and it is taken care of. They have caught more than once a person trying to use our account. I wouldn’t think of moving anywhere. The know us by name and are great. Glasgow offices as well as Owensboro office.

Staffing at all locations really needs customer service training, they are short and rude with nearly any question or concern. Also, the mobile/online banking and app is a joke. Servers are down constantly, it will not allow you to login, repeatedly asks to reset password and then will not accept the password it gives you. Honestly if not for the hassle of switching my direct deposit and setting up new debit cards I would change banks.

This bank is terrible, IMHO. They allowed my account to be levied without any notification and I ended up trying to clean up a “check mess” all over town. Then went to cash a check from a customer and they would not cash a check on their own bank because they claimed that I owed them money. Quickly moved my banking business to The Peoples Bank, and have been very happy. I would avoid this bank at any cost. And I agree with the poor customer service.

Love the bank, but customer service inside could really use some nicer attitudes. I try to avoid contact if possible since I love the way the bank has treated me.
