Called and was able to take my van in to get a tire rotation and rebalanced all 4 tires. Dropped off at 1130am picked up at 130pm The Husband n wife team are nice and helpful. Back to a smooth ride now. A big Thank You to Powers Tire n Lube.

My husband went to Powers to get 4 tires mounted, balanced and put on my car. When he got home he noticed a lug nut missing. Upon further examination the stud had been broke off. He returned to Powers and spoke with the manager. He asked the manager what was missing from the tire? Manager sad lug nut. Husband said stud is broke off too. Manager calls over the kid that did the work and asked him what happened to it? Kid says he had a "Problem" with it. My husband asked if they were going to fix it? The manager said for $20 bucks. My husband says but you guys broke it. Manager says I'm not charging you for labor, my husband says but you broke it. Manager says well I'll give it to you and you put it on. After going back a fourth with the manager my husband says I don't trust doing business with you after you guys broke it and didn't even tell me about it so just give me the stud and bolt I'll take care of it! I know the owner got in a bad accident and is recovering at home but, this is unacceptable! You don't charge a customer to fix what the shop employee broke! It's a shame we have had other work done several times and it was great.

We are so thankful for this kind family! Just after we left Barren River Lake on Father’s Day we had a blow out on our boat trailer. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a spare as we had another blow out early that day when headed to the lake. These guys had our tire off the trailer in seconds and took the rim to their shop to replace the tire, brought it back and installed it. We then followed them to their shop and they found us another rim and put a good tire on it as well. They were life savers and had us on the road in just a short while. So thankful for great folks like this! Thank you again for your kindness.
