I contacted Katy more than a year ago to help me make a move from Virginia to Kentucky. Shortly after starting this process COVID hit and things got put on hold, then I got hit with a medical complication that required me to stay put in Virginia for awhile. During this time Katy kept in touch with me not only as a realtor but as a supporting friend. I was finally able to travel to Kentucky and we found an adorable house that I love. Katy has walked with me through this whole process including the long distance part. Her knowledge, experience, wisdom and kindness have been outstanding. So thankful I chose the Prather Team again to sell my house, this is the 2nd house they have sold for me. Had a family member that didnt sign the deed right away, they took the time to talk with that person and email them until they convinced them to sign. They never gave up. Thank all of you!
