        Great pool and breakfast. Rooms were spacious and convenient. Friendly staff. We did find a few little things left in the room from previous guests in obscure places, like the closet.

        The staff is extremely polite and is always ready to help with any problem that arises during your stay. Management has no problem keeping things running as smoothly as possible and are always available to answer any questions that are presented to them by employees. They offer a wonderful full breakfast every morning. Clean and family-friendly, soft beds. They offer a pet friendly floor. Heated pool available to all guests. Rooms: Always clean and go above and beyond the standards that are set Noteworthy details: Any problem you have is immediately addressed and handled to the best of the service persons ability. If that person can't fix your problem, then the management staff will surely get to the bottom of it.

        I never stayed at the hotel. We booked for early April to stay on our way home from Spring Break. Our plans changed and even though I booked the room which was non-refundable, I tried to get a refund or at least a credit for a future stay or at least work with them on some form of compromise. The hotel was not accommodating at all. Would not recommend a hotel that doesn't put their guests first.
