I love coming in to the local office. Ive been with Becky Jordan for years and I have always had the best experience and conversations with my insurance agent. They are always kind, knowledgeable and friendly. The best part is they are willing to go out of their way to get you the most affordable insurance policy. Thank you ladies for taking care of me and my daughter and our insurance needs.

Very disappointed. We had wind damage to the roof and, after finding out they had raised my deductible from $1k to 1%, they told me we did not have enough damage for a full replacement, despite evidence to the contrary. Her office told me to stop calling because the decision was made and I had to live with it. Two days after filing a complaint with the KY Department of Insurance, we had a check in the mail. Would not recommend this office or this insurance company as a whole.
