I arrived and followed the signs to S & R office. The young woman was very nice. Checked me in and gave me dock door and directions to the dock. I got docked, and the young gentleman was waiting for me. He loaded me in a short time and came to notify me so I could get the BOLs. Total time in and out, maybe an hour. Great place!

After reading previous reviews I was really concern to come to this place but actually its not that bad as other had described it . I cant say that shipping lady was rude or unprofessional and loading process was pretty fast, I would even say super fast what means less then 45min and I was out of there

All reviews are correct. The lady in shipping office isn't any good.seemed a bit racists. It's ok though. She's old an will never be anything.when they send you to load at different warehouse those people ant any different old people.the only thing that was good was knowing that they are old and they won't be on the planet much longer.probably bad management. The owner not no good
