This company is top notch. From the first call to them talking to Brenda who truley tried to problem solve the issue trying to save us tgat expense. She was so helpfull, but we had to have a technician come out even though she tried. Robert was so helpfull and caring about doing a great job. He fixed the heater quickly; first looked for quick fixes since it a newer house. Unfortunately we were not that lucky. Robert only charged us for what we needed. Did the job and communicated during the entire process. We will call Chilly Bens if we ever need work done again. Very professional and trustworthy which is hard to find these days.

These guys are definitely the go to for all your heating and cooling needs. We placed the order on Wednesday and it was installed Friday. The install guys were very friendly and professional. You couldnt ask for better service. I will definitely recommend them for any heat/air issues.
