Mission Catering Company

I order a graduation cake from Mission Catering and it was excellent! I wasn’t sure what to ask for because I didn’t want a generic store-bought looking cake. The pastry chef, Ines, had an idea she’d been wanting to try so I went with whatever she had in mind. Ines even worked with me to add personal touches! The cake turned out beautifully and the chia latte flavor was perfect as I got the cake the same week as Thanksgiving!

By far one of my favorite catering companies to work with for weddings! Chef Tim is amazing and the food is always on point! Fantastic presentation and they are a blast to work with!

We get all of our Birthday Cakes done here by the most amazing Pastry Chef, Ines! We’ve now been getting cakes here for years, and everyone absolutely loves them. I’ve had a few friends also get cakes for other occasions and they are not only beautiful/ fun depending on the design BUT SO delicious. No super dry cake with a mound of icing here. They only have the most moist and tasty cakes I’ve ever had. I can’t wait until we get to have our wedding cake done here!! 100/10

We first worked with Mission Catering for our middle son’s wedding in 2016. Since then we have used them for numerous events/parties and most recently our youngest son’s wedding. I can not express enough how fabulous the team is! They always go way beyond our expectations, and let me say I ask for some tough/weird stuff. The bride, Alexa, and I set down with Tim and Ines to talk Grooms cake for Spencer. Let me just say WOW. They not only made a car cake, but a remote control car cake. The Groom was over the moon excited! As the hostess for the wedding party I was very busy obviously. Ines fixed my dinner plate, brought it to me and told me to sit and eat. I mean this is what family does! So just let me say if you want your experience to be fantastic, over the top food, cake AND make awesome friends, who you love like family, then run to book Mission Catering.
