Felix Hersberger and I where born in Costa Rica Grow up together when to same School Same Menonite Church in La Merced ,Costa Rica Felix Hersberger offer me work so I spend little savings to get a Visa and legal documents to move to Ky for good as offer from Felix Hershberger quickly things change from out agreement He had agree to keep Immigration Status up to date with the first thing that he did is let my Immigration status expire as an employer .He is about 47 years old I am 41 years old . He ask me to move to Frankling,ky back in late 90's for the winter of 1998 to Gold City area ... We agree on me moving for good to Ky to work for him after he knew I was a Welder and Heavy Equipment Maintenance & Operator . And over all a Honest hard working Young Man to find better opportunities him well knowing my pass .I agree to move up there to work for Good for Him under the conditions That Felix Hersberger was responsible as an employer to kept my Immigration Status up to date 📅,So he took possession of my passport and I start working from 3 am to 10 pm most of the times I put over 60 hours of work every week for years no time and half after 40 hours no insurances and under extreme conditions and emotional abuse miss tread and verbal and emotional abuse In exchange of Labor and only 8 usd per Hour when he paid everyone else 16 usd to 20 usd in the name of paying immigration &legal fees we agree on 8usd to start but soon things change ... He failed to do as we agreed not only that but I got tire of threats and humiliations from him like I was illegal I cant find work nowhere else and much more ...When I told him I was living he refuse to pay me what he owe me for years and give me what was mine so I left and Meat Jill and Mr Bob Mr Jim another Jill that treat me with dignity and respect .and real Americans at the square that give me Work thanks to Real Americans Values .. I was already illegal bucuse of Felix And that cost me months in Jail 1000's of Dollars I am stile Traying to work things out to get back to !y only Dughter and my mora responsibilities in USA do to the fact I spend most of my life in the USA after been drop of In Belize by my on biological father and Felix know all this but refuse to pay what he cost me Yet he tell me I need Jesus in my heart .4 months ago he said he would pay me but lie again I am stile waiting for he! To do what's Right .
