image It has been seven months, and my daughter still has no car. When we call, it's always the following week, and check back. It's good to know that this place is highly recommended, but to have someone's car that long is ridiculous. Update,
It now has been 11 month to fix my daughter 's car. I'm trying to understand what is going on. God doesn't like ugly and this situation is not how you treat someone's vehicle. Sounds shady to me!!

Pictured below is the Hood of our Yukon we just had completely repainted by this company. It turned out amazing! Highly recommend this company for all your cars needs. image Girlfriend had a wreck March 2023 , Adam & his crew got the car at beginning of April 2023, State Farm office in Franklin has them as a DRP who also suggested she take fault instead of having the semi truck who hit her take fault, which then took them 11 months to finish it even though they received the check & cashed the check in June. 7 months in my girlfriend had walked in to look at her car because everytime she called it was something different & Adam lied telling her the check was still in the safe (uncashed). Then called the semi truck guys insurance telling her it had been cashed in June. Every week it was a different excuse, he didnt have enough workers, he was waiting on parts, waiting on paint, it would be done in a week then never heard from him again until she called, came to a point where hed have his assistant take care of the calls instead of bringing reassurance to my girlfriend. Adam even told her & her dad that it was either her or her dad calling up there all the time. So, we got the car back in middle of February 2024 & the battery was completely dead, so we had to jump it off then bring it back the next day to get a new battery put in it. The assistant said Adam had drove it & it was completely fine. Well, we noticed it was shaking really bad on the side they worked on, so when we mentioned it to the assistant (because Adam never showed up to give us a breakdown of the car, what all he did, etc.) she told us Adam had noticed that & it was like that before the wreck which doesnt make any sense because how would he know it drove like that before the wreck if you couldnt even drive it when he got the car & she already told us he said it was driving fine. I never leave bad reviews, but something sketchy is going on with this shop & State Farm, they ripping people off to some extent. Basically her car was totaled & the amount to fix it plus the many rental cars she went through in that span went over her cars worth by $7,000 which isnt normal. So the trauma of being slung around in her car after being hit by a semi then having to go to Adams shop, the experience just made the wreck so much worse. The only kind thing he did was pay for a rental car for the last two months, because it had taken them so long, the other guys insurance wouldnt pay for it anymore but it wasnt until he was paying for the rental car that anything got done with her car. Said itd be done by Christmas, Christmas came around & Adam went ghost again, didnt hear from him till the car was done in the middle of February & still never saw him even after picking the car up or the next day when we had to get a new battery put in, to get any kind of answers. When we got the summary sheet, they only worked 57 hours on the body & 16 hours on the paint job. So 73 hours in an 11 month span of having her car, just doesnt add up.
I will NEVER recommend someone to this shop & it wasnt even my car being worked on, but the trouble she & her dad went through to get any kind of answers. I would not take a recently wrecked car here unless you want to be waiting on it for a year, get thirty different excuses, get told youre always calling then pick it up & never see the owner to get any answers about it.
