We bought a home that had been vacant for a while and the grass was knee high. Krebs came out promptly and went over the lawn twice with a powerful mower...made it look like a golf course. Happy!

Came out to give me a quote to mow about 9,000 sq ft of lawn. He insulted me by telling me that he would have to charge me an initial fee of $125 for an initial "clean up". My yard was a little taller but mowed 2 weeks prior. I don't know what the clean up was specifically. He said my yard was "bumpy" and he has a mower that runs at 12 mph, so if he has to slow it down, he would have to charge me extra. He said he would not do the edging, it was too overgrown. The price would be $75 every 2 weeks. He said it was no sweat if I didn't hire him because he wasn't hurting for business. Well, he got his wish. I didn't hire him. I found a nice lawn company that did the edging, cut the lawn, and weeded for $55 per week. I'll never call this company again. They apparently have enough business that they can be rude and insulting.

Came out the same day I called you provide me a quote which was nice. I let them know my husband has cancer so it's been a little over two weeks since the lawn was mowed. We also have a hill that I know you can't get a mower on but let him know my husband normally takes a few swipes with the trimmer. He provided an initial quote but let me know there would be an extra $30 charge the first time for "clean up". They came out the following day and we're here for approx 39 mins...they only went over yard once despite there still being tall patches and never trimmed the hill or back of the house. For $30 extra I($80 total) I expected them to go over twice and trim the hill. What was the "clean-up" they didn't do anything different then they would during a normal mow for $50. If you book a job be sure to ask questions.
