Maxx Rail Diesel

Maxx rail diesel is a joke! Has no idea what hes doing! My boyfriend trusted this man and gave him 11,000 dollars for a new motor and transmission. He said he would have my truck fixed in two weeks and it sat there for 72 days and it was never looked at! Hes a liar and a thief! My boyfriend is still waiting to get his 11,000! My boyfriend gave him the money upfront and still nothing!!! It has affected my boyfriends life and work!!! He even lied about having a motor and transmission in his shop but after. 72 days of waiting he lied to my face and said that my new motor and transmission was in another shop! I am currently waiting for the courts to get ahold of me since mike couldnt be a civil man and pay a hard working man back his hard earned money to hopefully maybe have a good trustworthy mechanic to fix it properly and not lie to a customer. What happened to the customer is always right in this day and age!!

Stay as far away from this place as possible. Mike does nothing but lie. They knew I needed my truck for a trip I was taking, guaranteed it would be fixed. Not only did they not fix it, but didn't even look at it. when I went to pick it up they said it wasn't fixed because it needed more than I thought. When asked why they didn't call, they said they did. When I showed them my call log and I hadn't received a call or voicemail from them they had no response except, well we called. Worst shop in the area, avoid it and let others know to stay away also.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Avoid this place. Don't believe a word they tell you. They guaranteed my truck to be done by a certain time because I was leaving for a trip. Not only did they not get it fixed, but kept it until the night before I was leaving and didn't even work on it. Then they lied and said they tried to call me but for some reason all of my calls in my call history showed up but theirs. Plus there was nothing in my voicemail either. Stay as far away from this shop as you can.

Ive never had a shop before do work for me this was my first experience with a shop. Maxx Rail Diesel is the best, gave me an honest fair quote, turn around time was phenomenal. They fixed issues i didnt even ask for, im so grateful for these guys. When ever i cant handle a repair i will always refer to them for help. They are "Best in the Business"
